Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

I try to do something in the crock pot at least once on the weekend. Usually chicken takes about 6 hrs and with being at work for 8 plus time to get home it would be dry and gross by the time we got around to eating it. These turned out great and were really simple!

Ingredients:

3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (Of course I used Market Pantry brand that are on sale for $5.99 right now!)

1 packet of fajita seasoning

1 medium onion

2-3 peppers (I only used green peppers because I had them on hand but look for the packs of 3 that has one of each color pepper in it those would be great!)

Directions:

Cut up the onions and peppers and put those in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chicken on top of that and then sprinkle your seasoning on top. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. With about an hour left I shredded up my chicken so it could absorb all of the yummy seasoning! I paired mine with Spanish rice! Enjoy!
