Spinach Tomato Basil Tortellini

Love love love this recipe but I’m so glad the heavy cream has finally made it’s way out of my house! I had just enough for this recipe so it worked out perfect! Alen has never had spinach…yes I said that, crazy to me too! I basically followed this recipe but I didn’t have fresh oregano or basil. I used the 1/2 tps. of oregano and about 1.5 tbs of basil. As far as the canned tomatoes I used the Italian style tomatoes which had more seasoning in them which I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be making this again it turned out so good and was really easy to make!
