Another easy weeknight meal, this one takes a little more time to prep but it’s worth it! I ended up only using 3 chicken breasts and that was plenty of chicken! I’ve been trying to get rid of this heavy cream so I used that instead of half and half and it was totally fine. The biscuits turned out perfectly browned and crispy on top. I was worried they wouldn’t cook all the way through but they did! Below are a few pictures of before I added the biscuits and once it was all finished!
