***WARNING*** this is a horribly unhealthy meal but so delicious haha. I had leftover heavy cream from the beer cheddar soup I made so last week I was trying to use as much of it up as possible. I ended up adding about a tablespoon of flour to the sauce to thicken it up, I’d just play that by ear depending how it goes as you’re cooking. And I omitted the cayenne pepper simply because I didn’t have it on hand and Alen isn’t much of a spicy food eater, sad I know. It was very rich so a little bit of this goes a long way! Enjoy!
